The party will take place at Nova Harmonia on Ven from Friday 8th of July to Sunday 10th of July.
You can travel to Ven by ferry from Copenhagen, or you can use the ferry from Landskrona, operated by Ventrafiken.
You can bring a car on the ferry from Landskrona, but it costs €70 one way, not including driver or passengers.
About places to sleep: There are some rooms at the party venue, reserve yours by entering your name in my google sheet
The cost is €90 for two nights.
There are other accomodation options on the island. I recommend: the hostel Vens Vandrarhem or Gamlegård or Backafallsbyn or maybe the camping site
Food and drinks: My sister Agneta and her hubby Patrik will be responsible for the kitchen.
There will be lunch and dinner on Friday, breakfast lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.
I will make sure there is enough beer and wine for everyone. All alcohol will be purchased in Denmark and brought to the island, because we are not stupid. There will also be some non-alcoholic alternatives for breakfast 🙂
Music: There is a digital piano at the party place, and I will bring some guitars, microphones and stuff
On the Sunday, for those who can and want to, we take the ferry to Landskrona, an old city (founded 1413), and also my home town. If the weather is good we can spend the day down by the castle
In case of wet weather we can use the gallery “Björnes Magasin”, owned by a friend of mine, Sofia.
I have a reservation at local pub O’Learys at 8pm where we can watch the final game of the euro championship (yes, football).

The Money
The cost for the party, food, beer and wine is €120. Add €90 if you sign up for one of the rooms at Nova Harmonia. (Don’t contact Nova Harmonia directly for those rooms, I have booked them all.)
